Returns:

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Due to the nature of our handmade items, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or custom orders. -

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). -
Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. -
Shipping Costs:
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a replacement, you may return the defective or incorrect item for a refund and place a new order.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed during transit due to customs, postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact your local courier or customs office for assistance with tracking lost packages.
